The L-STEAM (Learning STEAM Through Performing Arts) project is an Erasmus+ project that represents a strategic and timely intervention in the evolving educational landscape, aiming to establish a foundational framework for integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education into school curricula across Europe.

This initiative is driven by a pressing need to develop and enhance the skills of educators, enabling them to effectively adopt and implement this innovative educational approach.

At its heart, L-STEAM seeks to demonstrate transdisciplinary methods and innovative pedagogies, including student-centered, inverted, and research-based learning. These approaches are crucial for cultivating forward-looking, transferable skills in STEM fields, enriched with artistic and creative methodologies. The project draws inspiration from existing European projects and initiatives that have demonstrated success in diverse educational contexts, such as science education, science communication, arts education, and entrepreneurship education.
